Inside you'll find:
Hi lovelies, I'm Michelle Gregory and I am the founder of Knit School.
I have been knitting since I was 7 and in 2016, I opened The Loveliest Yarn Company.
Fast forward to 2018, and countless yarn show visits, when I knew I was going to have to do something to help all of the knitters I met who didn't feel confident to try new techniques and who also felt overwhelmed by all the content, books and such that is out there.
And so the idea of Knit School was born. We launched in June 2020 and now have a community of over 200 knitters, an ever growing selection of patterns and masterclasses and 3 weekly virtual Knit & Natters (it escalated quickly).
I am on a mission to inspire knitters and give them the tools, patterns and techniques so that they can get more joy out of their knitting!
Come on a Knit School tour with me to see what's inside!
(I promise, it's not like those school tours that get reported for people mooning out the back of the bus!!)
Available to you from the minute you join!
Welcome to our Playing with Colour workshop with Lisa Harland. In this class you will learn the basics of colour theory, the materials and tools you need to dye yarn at home and three methods for applying colour to your yarn!
In this Double Knitting class we look at how to knit double sided fabrics in one and two colours, worked both flat and in the round. A variety of cast-on and cast-off methods are also covered.
Learn how to get better results from your knitting right now! Pick the right size, make small changes that make big differences and block and finish like a pro.
